Les Femmes Social Club Membership Code of Conduct

Welcome to Les Femmes Social Club, a vibrant community dedicated to fostering connections and empowering women in Florida. To ensure a safe and respectful environment for all members, we have established the following Membership Code of Conduct. By joining our community, you agree to abide by these guidelines:

  1. No Solicitation Policy: Our community is a non-commercial space. We do not allow any form of solicitation or marketing, including the promotion of products, services, groups, or events. Contact the community administrators for sponsorship or advertising opportunities.

  2. No Harassment Policy: We are committed to maintaining a respectful and harassment-free environment. Any form of harassment, including sexual harassment, verbal abuse, or discrimination, will not be tolerated.

  3. Respect for Others: We encourage open discussion but expect all members to engage in respectful dialogue and avoid personal attacks or abusive language.

  4. No-Show Policy: If you register for an event but cannot attend, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action.

  5. Engagement in Safe Conversations: Discussions should contribute to a safe and inclusive atmosphere. Religious or political discussions are prohibited, as are degrading comments based on race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender, or identity.

  6. Maintain a LinkedIn Profile: For identity verification purposes, members are required to maintain a LinkedIn profile. Exceptions may apply; please inform us by email.

  7. Job Referrals Solicitation Policy: Unsolicited job referrals or resume review requests are disallowed without an established relationship. Networking should be based on genuine interactions and mutual support.

  8. Confidentiality: Respect the confidentiality of discussions and materials shared within the community.

  9. Compliance with Laws: Members must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

  10. Reporting Violations: Report any violations of this Code of Conduct to the community administrators immediately.

Warning and Removal System:

  • First Warning: Issued for non-compliance, stating the violation and required actions to rectify the situation.

  • Second Warning: Issued for continued non-compliance after the first warning.

  • Permanent Removal: For severe or repeated violations, with no refund of membership fees.

Cancellation or Refund Policy:

  • Membership Fees: Non-refundable, except within 10 days of joining the community.

  • In-Person Events: Full refund if canceled at least 72 hours before the start; no refund for cancellations within 72 hours.
